Turducken
A Turducken is a dish consisting of a turkey stuffed with a duck, which itself is stuffed with a chicken. The chicken and the rest of the gaps are filled with, at the very least, a highly seasoned breadcrumb mixture or sausage meat!
the boys and I have been obsessed with turducken ever since we found one at price chopper - cajun style. came close to buying it for the thanksgiving feast……..but it cost almost $70. turducken!!!!!!!!
